Just dying for a subject change...

So last night was a night filled with tossing and turning and frustration. I took a cruel drug called Guaifen. It's a decongestant/mucus thinner. I had a helluva (I love spelling it that way) sinus headache yesterday at noon, so I took this perscription stuff I had from a previous sinus infections. It made me so drowsy, so by 9pm I'm in bed, ready to sleep. Problem is, I can't sleep. The thing I forgot about those pills is that they make me want to sleep, but then I can't. Life is so CRUEL! *was being dramatic* Anyway--so I woke up (or rather sat up) from my waking dreams to do mandatory group PT. We played basketball. How cruel--who the hell feels like playing basketball at 5:30 in the morning?! At any rate--I was already in a pissy mood (having not gotten much sleep and certainly none of the peaceful/easy kind)--so I was super aggressive. I was playing tackle basketball. I was on the ground wrestling the ball away from opponents many a times. I think I'm going to have some nice bruising and scabbing from floor burn. That's ok, it made me feel much better. My high school coach would've been proud (well, except for the fact that a real ref would call it a foul).

I have also become a "local" hero. While I was on my trip this weekend, I had run into a gentleman who knew my "boss". This gentleman was very, very drunk and was trying to get into his building. It was really cold and he wasn't wearing a coat, so I let him sit in my warm room while I went to find a key to his building. I was running all over the place (as I was drunk too, so I actually ENJOYED running) and (to make a long, long story short) in the end it turned out that he was trying to get into the wrong building. Anywho--he told my boss of my heroics and some other people I work with. So here I am eating breakfast and lunch at the caf, having people pat me on the back and telling me that they "hear I helped out so-and-so on Saturday night". I think I deserve cookies. Chocolate chip ones...with vanilla ice cream and milk. Yeah...

So--that's about it. I wish I had more to say, besides that I miss "my boys". I was supposed to play pool with the two youngens last night at 8pm, but they didn't show. Might've had something to do with them having to walk over 1/2 mile in pouring rain to meet me....Maybe tonight, if the weather's good.

Here's today's quiz. I liked this one. I've been trying to tell people this exact thing for a long time, but I don't think anyone really believes me when I say it.

*looks at the current world's population* You must have a lot of frustration then.

What pisses you off?
