Rest today for tomorrow you can't tell...

So I don't have a title yet, because I heard a good one of off my Beck CD last night, but am too lazy to actually try to find it again. Perhaps while I'm cleaning, I'll listen to it and find it. Otherwise "Untitled" will just have to do.

I talked to Erin last night. She lamented about her Guinness glass. Too bad I didn't have a psychic vision while I was in the Ireland airport for two hours, otherwise I would have bought her another one. Oh well. At any rate, we chatted for a good hour and a half about just about everything. I haven't had a really good chat with her since before she got pregnant, so it was really nice.

Nailz came home staggering drunk last night. Yeh. She was really on a bender! Just kidding. She went out and I didn't even notice until about an hour before she came back. She did go to the bar though. *pokes Nailz annoyingly* Anywho--enough picking on my roomie...

I had some crazy ass dreams last night! One I'm going to put as a comment on Nailz's blog, but I'm going to put one here as well. Here goes...

I was in high school again (I always have dreams I have to go back...) and was assigned to jury duty. Well, I wasn't feeling well and for some reason I thought I didn't have to go to the jury duty meeting at 1900 (7pm). I was kind of out of it, and I was looking for food in the shopette-type-thing we had in the high school. The high school, oddly enough was also in the sky. As in, it was just floating miles above the earth. And it was like a big ship, only all the windows were open. Anyway, and I was some kind of royal member of some almost-secret society. Anne was its queen and Tom Graff was some kind of high-ranking, powerful officer. I had carried a child previously for some well-to-do royals a while back and now Anne wanted me to birthe her heir to the throne. Problem was, Anne didn't have a husband, so Tom ended up being picked to be the father. It was all kinds of whacked out. I don't know how all of this was supposed to happen because I woke up in the middle of the meeting to decide the method. I'm thinking that might have been for the best, considering the line of thought in my head in my dream was that if the child (heir though he might be) was a product of Tom and I's "union", he would, in reality and genetically, be Erin's half-brother. Freaky. As I said, whacked out. I don't think Nailz should have let me smoke some of her crack last night before I went to bed.

Anywho--so that was one dream, ooooohhhh...Hot guy just ran by on the sidewalk below. *drools* Um...what was I going to say? ... ... ... Oh yeah. So if you want to read another whacked out dream, go to Nailz's blog. I think that's it for now. I have a list of 4 things to accomplish today, one of them being to pick up and vaccuum the living room and hall as well as to do my dishes and start laundry. I feel like I'm Nailz's housewife. *shudders* *is dramatic* She rules with an iron whip! *end dramatics* Ok, chow.

ADDENDUM 1 (added 12:37pm):
So, like, I just came across this, like, totally amazing advice column. Like, oh my god, I have to do all this stuff, seriously, otherwise, like, I'm never going to "win" a man. I'm SO gonna, like, print this out and study it every morning before I got outside. Yeah.....right.

ADDENDUM the 2ND (added 1:00pm):
So I forgot to blog this yesterday, but I thought it was interesting enough to put up today. Yesterday was a big day in history. These things happened yesterday in history (if that makes any sense at all): the Titanic hit an ice berg and sank, killing roughly 1100 people; Abraham Lincoln was shot point blanke in the back of the head but didn't die until today in history (what a tough guy, eh?); the book, The Grapes of Wrath hit bookshelves for the first time (or didn't because the 20,000 advance copies were already sold-out). I think that was it. I wonder what happened today? I was listening to NPR when I heard that. I love NPR. *snuggles NPR and MN NPR*
