Well, 5 now that I've wasted a minute trying to think of a title. I have 5 minutes because that is how long I'm soaking my gel pack in hot water before I'm going to lay down with it on my neck and go to sleep.
The reason I need this gel pack thingy is because I slept wrong on my neck and shoulder last night and it hurts. My muscles are tense in my neck and trapezius (I think that's the muscle I'm thinking of). The more I lay down, the more it hurts until I massage it. And since I can't massage it all night, I thought I'd take a few tylenol, slap some heat on it and see if that helps tomorrow morning.
So. What else, eh? Well, I have started training in the new employee that was hired to help me. She is a fairly obvious lesbian. I don't mind, she is nice. She is also in her late 40s or early 50s (can't tell, honestly). I think she will do a good job, but training her in is tiring and time-consuming. I just keep reminding myself that the better job I do of training her in, and the more time I spend doing it now--the less time I will spend in the future having to tell her how to do stuff and correcting any errors she may make. Yeah...So, that's all that's new. I am hella tired. I hurt...so I'm going to bed. G'night...
