A: Wallet = $62.04. Other numbers are, of course, a secret, but I'll say that they are significantly smaller than last year at this time. *sigh*
Random Ramble:
So I've moved in with Grandma and started my new job last Tuesday. Both things are good so far. The job is tiring, but I think I am adjusting to it little by little.
Truthfully, I feel a bit ...*searches for word*... apathetic about most stuff right now. I think it's because of the big change in my life. I haven't found my rhythm yet. Even when I do find a routine and rhythm to my days, I wonder if I won't still feel like I'm in a state of limbo. After all, I have no definite plans to move out on my own and after my first two weeks at this new job, I'm not sure how long I'll stay at it anyway. It's not a bad job, but I wonder if it suits me? On paper, it seems to, but there are few things that set me to thinking that this job is not for the long haul for me. And if I don't end up staying more than a year or two at this job, should I move out on my own? Or should I just stay put and sock away as much money as I can for the day when I either move out of town or decide to settle in town for awhile. I think that even if I stay here for 3 or 4 years, it would be worth it to buy a house rather than just throw money down a drain by renting, because I wouldn't be able to stay here at my grandmother's for that long. Almost certainly my grandmother will not still be living in her house in 3 or 4 years. She's of sturdy stock, but the stairs are getting harder for her and her feet hurt her, too.
So yes. Limbo. Definitely feeling like the future is more than a little murky at the moment. (And man, I need me some animal time...)
