Random Ramble:
So. He's gone. The guy I had unwittingly fallen in love with is gone. And I am never to see or hear from him again. I now this because he told me so weeks before he left. Of course, at the time I thought he was just trying to get a rise out of me, but when 10 days had ticked by after the last day of class with no response to my two (spaced out) text messages, I realized he was not joking. So that is that. I can move on to the next chapter of my life. This one, for sure, has just GOT to be about me...
Also, I've been keeping myself pretty busy at home with projects. One of them is to type in all my old writings and journals and shred the originals so that when it comes time to move next spring, there will be one less box to move. I found this among my personal writings today. I don't usually like what I wrote so long ago (1999), but I like this bit...
